Don’t you just love the real name behind ISTE??? The International Society for Technology in Education sounds like a group of Nerds want to splinter off from the rest of us and start their own nation of geniuses. While technically not officially a separate nation, The ISTE does gather some of the smartest educators once a year for one of the largest (18,000) and most fun conferences we have ever attended.
If you have never heard of ISTE, first of all you need to know that this is the kind of conference that Steve Jobs and Bill Gates have shown up as the Keynote. This is the Ed Tech event of the year. Visit the website. Clear the calender and just go.
